The MARC5 from Farnese stands proudly at the entry to the world of fully CNC controlled 5 axis bridge saws. It couples the onboard CNC controller with easy to use software, making this one of the most versatile, user friendly machines on the market, a real trademark of the Farnese brand.

Luca 360

The LUCA 360 is a 4-axis bridge saw designed for accuracy and versatility. Its monoblock construction ensures easy installation. The machine is controlled via a pendant station, utilizing a PLC system for smooth operation of the X, Y, Z axes and rotation.

Lynx

The LYNX is our entry level bridge saw, suitable as a primary or secondary saw in any factory. Designed and built for those who require accuracy and versatility, at a price that won’t burn a hole in the pocket, the Lynx’s simple construction consists of one main beam (the bridge), travelling on two side rails.

Studio

The STUDIO saw is built with high-strength steel for its main beam and head, ensuring durability and precision. The machining process guarantees maximum straightness and smoothness in cuts, while the precisely machined table ensures maximum flatness and accuracy in the working plane.

Technicut Mono

The Farnese TECHNIMONO CNC BRIDGESAW is a full 5-axis CNC-controlled bridge saw built on a monoblock platform, sharing the same core functionality as the TECHNICUT. It features a user-friendly software and CAD/CAM system for easy template or DXF file integration.

Technicut Sawjet

The Farnese SawJet offers a robust and reliable solution for fabricators needing both bridge saw and waterjet functionality. Its combination cutting head seamlessly integrates saw blade and waterjet technologies, enabling a wide range of cutting possibilities.

Mitre Saw Gen 2

Alexia Gen2

The Alexia Gen 2 is designed for efficiency and ease of use. Easysink

The Farnese Multiflat Edge Polisher is a high-performance machine designed for efficient and high-quality flat polishing. Edgemaster Gen2

The new Edgemaster GEN2 is the latest of Farnese Australia’s automatic edge polishing machines. Due to popular demand, the Edgemaster has been completely redesigned from the ground up and is now available in its new form. It has a number of added features, putting this machine at the top of the market for single head edge polishers.

Marmo Meccanica LCH

The LCR machine is a special polishing unit for flat and aris work up. The LCR is belt driven, this type of machine means that all the pieces can continuously fed onto the belt and move past a series of polishing heads to perform these functions. In addition to polishing, the LCH is also equipped with heads for chamfering the top and bottom of the edge.

Marmo Meccanica LCV

The Farnese Wire Slitter is a specialized wire saw designed for precise cutting of smaller blocks of sandstone, particularly suited for creating quoins and similar shapes. Its robust construction and efficient design ensure accurate cuts and minimize material waste.

Wire Slitter

The Farnese Wire Saw is a high-precision wire saw designed for cutting thick slabs of sandstone, marble, and granite. Its robust construction, versatile configurations, and advanced control system ensure efficient and accurate cutting, minimizing material waste and maximizing productivity.

Monowire WB-4000B

The Monowire WB-4000B is a precision cutting machine featuring a robust structure with a top beam, vertical columns, and large flywheels. It uses a hydraulic tensioner to adjust the diamond wire’s tension and can cut various materials at speeds up to 40 m/s, controlled by an inverter.

Vacuum Lifter 3P

This essential piece of equipment is fitted with a pneumatic tilting piston which provides complete control of vertical and horizontal positions. 3 individual pads allow you to hold slabs up to 500kg (maximum) and is fitted with a gauge displaying the vacuum intensity.

Vacuum Lifter 4P

With four vacuum pads, the lifter ensures a secure grip on materials, distributing the load evenly to prevent damage and enhance stability. The Farnese 4 Pad Lifter can handle loads up to 1000 kg, making it ideal for lifting and transporting heavy materials safely and efficiently.

Vacuum Lifter 6P

The VACUUM LIFTER combined with the JIB CRANE 360 gives you the perfect lifting system for all your large and small work. This essential piece of equipment is fitted with a pneumatic tilting piston which provides complete control of vertical and horizontal positions.

Jib Crane 360

The JIB CRANE 360 is one of the most important elements in any workshop. It is designed to be bolted directly to the ground thanks to a large base plate. This base plate is anchored to the ground by bolts which are chemically set to a levelled concrete floor which must be at least 150mm in thickness.

SILO 2500

The SILO 2500 consists of a 2500 litres galvanized steel silo, sludge station with collection bags and a pit pump. The Silo also includes a flocculant system which adds a mixing technique that promotes sludge to flow through your system without it forming a cake and clogging the filtration system.

The SILO 7500system consists of a 7500 litres stainless steel silo, sludge collection bags and stand, pit pump and a delivery pump back to your factory. The Silo also includes a flocculant system which adds a mixing technique that promotes sludge to flow through your system without it forming a cake and clogging the filtration system.

Filter Press

The Farnese Filterpress ensures better separation of the sludge by dewatering and compacting the particulate into a compressed brick-like waste product that will be released into a movable cart for easy disposal. The result is more usable recycled water, saving money and further reducing operating costs.
